Our expanding Shanghai, China facility provides state-of-the-art testing, consulting, training and quality systems registration for the automotive industry. Testing includes: EMC, Environmental, Vibration, Mechanical Endurance, Safety, and Electrical tests on vehicle parts, interiors, electronics, audio, and entertainment systems.
The opportunity has arisen for a leadership position, within our Automotive EMC Department, to join this global organization which respects diverse perspectives, experiences and traditions as essential, and values each employees’ contribution toward achieving our business objectives.
Basic qualifications required:
Ÿ Minimum of 5 years experience in the North American and/or European OEM automotive industry, related to EMC and reliability testing of automotive electronics, preferably related to new part design and development.
Ÿ Familiarity with vehicle component/subassembly development projects and hands-on experiences with product validation programs.
Ÿ Familiarity with testing lab practices and following defined specifications and procedures.
Ÿ Flexible approach to work tasks, a “can-do” attitude and willingness to assist in all aspects of the operation at any level as necessary.
Ÿ Strong capability to lead and share knowledge with team members.
Ÿ Strong customer service mentality with the ability to communicate and interact effectively with clients.
Ÿ Willingness to become attuned to the local culture.
