ON Semiconductor Completes Offer for California Micro Devices

 

Phoenix-based ON Semiconductor has completed its tender offer for California Micro Devices, with approximately 90.5 percent of the outstanding shares of CAMD, or 21,257,315 shares, tendered in the offering. The firm said the offer will allow it to complete its acquisition of California Micro Devices.
