Springs Maintain Conductive Current between Mating Parts

 

Bal Seal recently featured its low pressure, low friction sealing solutions in its exhibit at the Lab Automation 2010 trade event, held January 24-26 in Palm Springs, Calif. The company demonstrated how its Canted-coil™ springs can be effectively used as standalone components to mate hardware, conduct current and protect sensitive electronics from the harmful effects of electromagnetic interference.
