The International Electrotechnical Commission has released IEC 61000-4-13 Amd. 1 Ed. 1.0 (2009-05) entitled “Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) – Part 4-13: Testing and measurement techniques – Harmonics and interharmonics including mains signaling at AC power port, low frequency immunity tests.
