Draft Standard on Power Frequency Magnetic Field Immunity Testing Available

 

Project IEC 61000-4-8 Ed. 2.0 has made available a final draft of this EMC standard titled “Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) – Part 4-8: Testing and measurement techniques – Power frequency magnetic field immunity test.” This final draft version has a voting period of June 6, 2009 to August 14, 2009. Once published, purchasers of the draft version will receive a final definitive copy of the standard—an arrangement that results in a 25 percent savings on the purchase price.
