Milwaukee, WS-based Curtis Industries has acquired the electromagnetic interference filters and filtered connectors product lines of Filter Networks of Salisbury, MD. Curtis, a manufacturer of electromagnetic interference filters and wire interconnect terminal blocks, is a division of Power Holdings, Inc. of Milwaukee. Founded in 1935, Curtis operates a plant at 2400 S. 43rd Street, Milwaukee as well as a facility in Nogales, Mexico. This purchase expands Curtis’ product offerings by adding a line of military grade products for ground, naval, and airborne mission-critical operations. Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but company representatives confirmed the purchase via phone.
