Moderately Soft EMI Gasketing Approved for Spaceflight and Military Applications

The GORE-SHIELD® GS2100 EMI gasket is a conductive, adhesive-backed EMI gasketing material that is moderately soft and is approved for spaceflight and military applications. This gasketing can be supplied in die-cut panel forms or in slit width rolls. Slit width material is particularly well suited to manual, “peel-and-stick” gasketing applications. GS2100 consists of a carbon-filled cellular PTFW matrix; a conductive, pressure-sensitive adhesive; and a PET carrier film. Other product features include proven shielding effectiveness, reliability backed by Accelerated Life Testing (ALT); flame retardant per
UL-94 V-0), a broad temperature range of -45 degrees C to 120 degrees C.; and provision of an effective environmental seal. Find more information on the Gore website.
